Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information OPENSTAND uses to operate local discovery, storefronts, and order requests.

Information we collect
We collect seller identity information supplied by the sign-in provider; stand names, descriptions, locations, hours, photos, pickup instructions, and payment links; and buyer names, email addresses, order items, pickup timing, notes, and order status. With permission, we may receive approximate or precise device location to show nearby stands. We also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps, and service logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide discovery and storefront features, route order requests, maintain inventory, protect users, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, measure service performance, comply with law, and communicate about transactions or material service changes. We do not sell personal information.
What is public
Published stand names, descriptions, categories, general locations, hours, product details, selected photos, and open status may be public and indexed by search engines. Exact addresses are displayed according to the seller’s privacy selection. Buyers should not place sensitive personal information in order notes.
How information is shared
Buyer order details are shared with the seller fulfilling that order. Public storefront information may appear in link previews and search results. Payment providers, hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, safety, and legal-service providers may process information only as needed to support the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
We retain marketplace records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can avoid location permission and search by area instead. Sellers can choose whether exact pickup addresses are public. Users may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; some transaction and safety records may need to be retained. Browser and device settings may control cookies and location.
Children
OPENSTAND is not directed to children under 13. Stand operators must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy changes
We may revise this policy as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the service when appropriate.
